Health Star Systems(HSS) has developed a mobile rural covid-19 vaccine program.
HSS will come into a rural community and vaccinate the members of the community. HSS will provide the medical staff and IT system needed to perform the vaccinations. To accomplish this HSS will work with the county health department, city and or county. HSS will provide the needed supplies and equipment required.

The HSS IT system will allow us,

• To schedule the appointments by phone for the first shot.

• Send a phone a reminder of when the first shot is.

• Create an Electric Health Record (EHR) for the shots that is HIPAA compliant.

• Record the first shot and schedule the appointment for the second shot in the EHR.

• Notify the patient of the scheduled second shot.

• Record the second shot in the EHR.

• Notify the patient’s medical provider of the vaccination if the patient requests it. This will be done in a HIPAA compliant manner.

• Bill the vaccination to the responsible party. This will be the federal government and handle the collection.

HSS will work with the local entity to provide a simple vaccination program. We
know that each community has it own unique needs and will work with the
community to meet then. HSS will leave each community with a peace of mind
that no one has experienced since the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic.
